الصين والعراق: بين الشراكة الاقتصادية والسيادة الوطنية
يتابع المجلس الوطني للمعارضة العراقية بقلق تنامي النفوذ الصيني في العراق، خاصة في مجالات الطاقة، البنية التحتية، والتكنولوجيا. وبينما نُقر بأهمية التعاون الدولي، نؤكد أن أي شراكة مع الصين يجب أن تُبنى على أساس الشفافية، العدالة، واحترام السيادة العراقية.
نرفض العقود غير المتكافئة التي تُبرمها الحكومات الفاسدة مع شركات صينية دون رقابة شعبية أو مؤسساتية. كما نُدين أي محاولة لتصدير نماذج القمع أو الرقابة الرقمية إلى العراق تحت غطاء الاستثمار أو التعاون الأمني.
يدعو المجلس إلى مراجعة شاملة للاتفاقيات الاستراتيجية مع الصين، ويُطالب بضمانات واضحة تحمي مصالح الشعب العراقي، وتُعزز استقلال قراره السياسي والاقتصادي.
English Version:
China and Iraq: Between Economic Partnership and National Sovereignty
The National Council of Iraqi Opposition closely monitors China’s growing influence in Iraq, particularly in energy, infrastructure, and technology. While we recognize the importance of international cooperation, we affirm that any partnership with China must be based on transparency, fairness, and respect for Iraqi sovereignty.
We reject imbalanced contracts signed by corrupt governments with Chinese companies, often without public or institutional oversight. We also condemn any attempt to export models of repression or digital surveillance to Iraq under the guise of investment or security cooperation.
The Council calls for a comprehensive review of strategic agreements with China and demands clear safeguards to protect the interests of the Iraqi people and uphold the independence of Iraq’s political and economic decision-making.

中国与伊拉克：在经济合作与国家主权之间
伊拉克国家反对委员会密切关注中国在伊拉克日益增长的影响力，特别是在能源、基础设施和技术领域。我们承认国际合作的重要性，但坚信任何与中国的伙伴关系都必须建立在透明、公平和尊重伊拉克主权的基础上。
我们拒绝腐败政府与中国公司签署的不平等合同，这些合同往往缺乏公众或机构监督。我们也谴责任何以投资或安全合作为名，将压制或数字监控模式输出到伊拉克的企图。
委员会呼吁对与中国的战略协议进行全面审查，并要求明确的保障措施，以保护伊拉克人民的利益，维护伊拉克政治和经济决策的独立性。
