رسالة مفتوحة إلى المجتمع الدولي والدول العربية والإسلامية والصديقة
نحن في المجلس الوطني للمعارضة العراقية، وإيمانًا منا بضرورة استعادة العراق لدوره الحضاري والتاريخي، واستجابةً لنداء الملايين من أبناء شعبنا التوّاقين إلى الحرية والديمقراطية والاستقرار، نتوجه إليكم بنداء صادق باسم الوطن الجريح، لنيل دعمكم الأخلاقي والسياسي والإنساني في مساعينا لتأسيس دولة عراقية جديدة، تكون بمثابة نقطة تحوّل نحو مستقبلٍ أفضل.
لقد عانى العراق عقودًا من التهميش، والحروب، والحصار والفساد، والسلطوية، ما أفضى إلى تفكك مؤسسات الدولة، وانحسار الثقة بين المواطن والدولة، وتدهور الحياة الاقتصادية والاجتماعية والسياسية. ومع إدراكنا لحساسية المرحلة، نؤمن بأن التغيير السلمي والمشروع الوطني الجامع هما الطريق الوحيد لبناء دولة حديثة قائمة على:
- سيادة القانون والمؤسسات،
- وحدة العراق أرضًا وشعبًا،
- حماية الحريات العامة والحقوق الأساسية،
- ضمان مشاركة سياسية عادلة،
- واستقلال القرار الوطني عن أي تبعية خارجية.
إننا ندعوكم إلى وقفة تضامن ومسؤولية إنسانية تدعم خيارات العراقيين في السعي لبناء دولتهم الجديدة على أسس من العدالة والدستور، وتحقيق المصالحة الوطنية، بما يُسهم في استقرار العراق والمنطقة ككل.
إن دعمكم لنا ليس دعمًا لحركة تحرير وطنية فحسب، بل هو دعمٌ لعراقٍ آمن، حر، ومتعدد، يكون شريكًا في بناء السلام والتنمية.
صوتنا واحد… ورجاؤنا أن يصل إليكم.

Open Letter to the International Community and Friendly Nations
We, at the National Council for the Iraqi Opposition, driven by our unwavering belief in Iraq’s right to reclaim its historical and civilizational role, and in response to the call of millions of Iraqis yearning for freedom, democracy, and stability, address you today with a sincere appeal on behalf of a wounded nation. We seek your moral, political, and humanitarian support in our efforts to establish a new Iraqi state, one that marks a turning point toward a better future.
Iraq has endured decades of marginalization, war, corruption, and authoritarianism, leading to the disintegration of state institutions, a deep erosion of public trust, and the deterioration of economic, social, and political life. Acknowledging the sensitivity of this phase, we firmly believe that peaceful change and a unifying national project are the only viable paths to building a modern state founded on:
- The rule of law and institutional governance
- The unity of Iraq’s land and people
- Protection of public freedoms and fundamental rights
- Fair political participation
- Independence of national decision-making from foreign influence
We are not calling for interference in our sovereign affairs. Rather, we appeal for a stance of solidarity and human responsibility that supports the Iraqi people’s aspirations to build a just, constitutional state and achieve national reconciliation, contributing to the stability of Iraq and the region.
Your support is not merely for an opposition movement, it is a stand for a free, secure, and pluralistic Iraq that can be a partner in building peace and development.
Our voice is united… and we hope it reaches you.
