Overview
NCIOIQ.ca uses Stripe, a globally trusted and secure payment processor, to handle all financial transactions. This ensures transparency, data protection, and seamless service delivery for our clients and partners.
Accepted Payment Methods
We accept:
- Major credit and debit cards (Visa, MasterCard, American Express)
- Apple Pay and Google Pay (where supported)
- International payments in CAD and USD
When You’re Charged
Clients are typically charged:
- Immediately upon registration for programs, services, or consultations
- Upon confirmation of custom services such as translation, legal documentation, or advocacy support
Refunds and Adjustments
Refunds are considered on a case-by-case basis for:
- Duplicate transactions
- Service cancellations requested within 24 hours of payment
- Ineligible or incomplete service delivery
To request a refund, email finance@ncioiq.ca with your transaction ID and reason.
Data Security
Stripe is PCI DSS Level 1 certified, ensuring the highest standards of payment security. NCIOIQ.ca does not store your card details; all sensitive data is encrypted and handled directly by Stripe.

Whether you’re registering for a leadership program, requesting legal documentation, or supporting our advocacy work, your payment is protected by industry-leading encryption and compliance standards.
When You’re Charged Clients are charged either:
- Immediately upon registration
- Upon confirmation of custom services (e.g., translation, documentation, consultations)
Refunds Refunds may be issued for duplicate payments, cancellations within 24 hours, or service ineligibility. Please contact finance@ncioiq.ca with your transaction ID.

وقت الدفع يتم تحصيل الرسوم من العملاء:

سایت NCIOIQ.ca از پلتفرم جهانی Stripe برای پردازش پرداختها استفاده میکند تا امنیت، شفافیت و کرامت را در تراکنشها تضمین کند. چه در حال ثبتنام در برنامههای رهبری باشید یا درخواست خدمات حقوقی داشته باشید، اطلاعات مالی شما با بالاترین استانداردهای امنیتی محافظت میشود.
زمان پرداخت مشتریان معمولاً در این زمانها پرداخت میکنند:
- بلافاصله پس از ثبتنام
- پس از تأیید خدمات سفارشی

NCIOIQ.ca, tüm finansal işlemler için dünya çapında güvenilen Stripe ödeme sistemini kullanır. Liderlik programlarına kayıt olurken veya hukuki hizmet talep ederken, ödemeniz en yüksek güvenlik standartlarıyla korunur.
Ödeme Zamanı Müşteriler genellikle şu zamanlarda ücretlendirilir:
